DKBRCH DKWTCH DKJCH SEJCH Frank in Greenwood x Kayleigh of the Spring Cottage 

De keuze van de reu was nog een puzzel gedurende de corona tijd. De geplande reu in Wales viel af door verplichte quarantaine, maar gelukkig zijn er meer goede reuen in Europa. De reu Frank in Greenwood "Kaos" hebben we op de IWT 2019 in Nederland gezien waar hij Beste Deense hond werd en vijfde met zijn team. Hij heeft verschillende wedstrijden op zijn naam gezet. "Kaos" heeft oa. de Deense Championships in 2017 gewonnen en de Sako/Beretta Nordic Retriever Championships in 2018 en was Runner up in de Deense Retriever Mastership 2020. Dit is slechts een greep uit zijn enorme staat van dienst. Zijn vader is FTCH Eastdale Harry, die ik verschillende malen op de IGL Championships in Engeland heb kunnen aanschouwen en die maakte altijd erg veel indruk.  

Kayleigh heeft geen prijzenkast, maar is een goed gefokte teef waarmee Hajo voornamelijk jaagt. Ze kan goed een stuk wild vinden en heeft totaal geen moeite met grote hazen of ganzen. Ze is steady en stil en als de spaniëls voor haar werken, loopt ze rustig aan het been mee. Na de driften zoekt ze veel na. Een bijzonder fijne jachthond, erg baas gericht en mooi gebouwd.

The choice of the studdog was a bit of a puzzle in Covid 19 time. Our first plan to go to Wales wasn't an option anymore when the rule became 2 weeks self isolation. Luckily there are very good studdogs on the continent, so our choice was quickly made that it had to become Frank in Greenwood "Kaos". We saw "Kaos" in Holland where he was running in the Danish team at the IWT in 2019. They became 5th with their team and "Kaos" was best performing Danish dog. But he already won the Danish Championships in 2017, won the Sako/Beretta Nordic Retriever Championships in 2018 and was Runner up in the Danish Retriever Mastership 2020. He is also Swedish JCH. But all of this is just a small part of his achievements. His character is outstanding and he has nice conformation. We are very pleased we could use him.  

Kayleigh is a nice bitch which we mainly use for picking up. She doesn't have a record of prizes, although she "won" a few in practice. She is quiet and steady and walks nicely heel when the spaniels work in front of her. She can hunt very well for lost birds and doesn't give up quickly. Kayleigh is a strong bitch and has no problems picking up geese or hares.
